GVF-Ⅲ電梯安裝調試手冊
前 言
本資料介紹 GVF-Ⅲ型電梯,該梯種以集成了變頻控制和邏輯控制的 EV-ECD 01(MCUB)
控制板、SCL 串行通訊系統和 RD-DMS01 變頻門機系統作為電氣的關鍵組成部分,并基本使
用了 GVF-Ⅱ型電梯的機械系統。
資料編寫目的:隨著 GVF-Ⅲ電梯的開發成功,在工程方面需要提供安裝、調試、維
修和保養各項工作的技術說明。本資料是根據 GVF-Ⅲ電梯的技術特點,列出電梯在工程環
節中所需使用的資料,為工程本部編寫 GVF-Ⅲ電梯工程技術資料提供依據。由于 GVF-Ⅲ
電梯在電氣控制原理上與 GVF-Ⅱ電梯有較多的相同點,又基本使用 GVF-Ⅱ電梯的機械系
統,所以本資料對于相同點不再進行敘述,只作出說明“與 XX 電梯保持一致”。
本資料基本內容:
(1) GVF-Ⅲ電梯構成和技術特點。
(2) 安裝部分。電氣回路圖的使用說明;控制柜及轎頂電器箱等重要電氣部分的名
稱、功能介紹;工程大、細線及地線的安裝。
(3) 調試部分。運行前需進行檢查的電梯各項安裝情況,控制柜絕緣測試、低速試
運行、變頻門機的調試運行、層高測定操作、高速運行調試、平層精度調整等。
