前 言
本資料介紹 HGP 型電梯,該梯種以集成了變頻控制和邏輯控制的 EV-ECD01(MCUB)
控制板、SCL 串行通訊系統和 RD-DMS01 變頻門機系統作為電氣的關鍵組成部分,并基本使
用了 GVF-Ⅱ型電梯的機械系統。
資料編寫目的:隨著 HGP 電梯的開發成功,在工程方面需要提供安裝、調試、維修和
保養各項工作的技術說明。本資料是根據 HGP 電梯的技術特點,列出電梯在工程環節中所
需使用的資料。
HGP 電梯電氣系統最大的特點是將 GVF-II 電梯中的 FMT(邏輯控制),TD3100(變頻
控制),SCL-A(串行通訊)三個模塊功能集成在一個板(MCUB 板)上,現場操作方法上有
較多不同,這方面的內容請參考 HGP 電梯《MCUB 板使用說明》、《艾默生變頻器專用操作面
板使用說明》和手持編程器(GHP)《GHP 使用說明》;機械方面主要是使用同步電機,采用
了 2:1 吊掛方式,轎頂反繩輪、對重反繩輪、機房主機安裝上存在不同,該部分的作業可
參照 NPM 進行。
由于 HGP 電梯在電氣控制原理上與 GVF-Ⅱ、GVF-Ⅲ電梯有較多的相同點,又基本使
用 NPM 電梯的機械系統,所以本資料對于相同點不再進行敘述,只作出說明“與 XX 電梯
保持一致”。
本資料基本內容:
(1) HGP 電梯構成和技術特點。
(2) 安裝部分。電氣回路圖的使用說明;控制柜及轎頂電器箱等重要電氣部分的名
稱、功能介紹;工程大、細線及地線的安裝等。
(3) 調試部分。運行前需進行檢查的電梯各項安裝情況,控制柜絕緣測試、低速試
運行、變頻門機的調試運行、層高測定操作、高速運行調試、平層精度調整等。
