本資料介紹新開發的梯種 NPH,該梯種以變頻器 VG7S、微機 FMT、SCL串行通訊系統和 RD-DMS01 變頻門機系統作為電氣的關鍵組成部分,并使用了 NPX 電梯的機械系統。
資料編寫目的:隨著 NPH 電梯的開發成功,在工程方面需要提供安裝、調試、維修和保養各項工作的技術說明。本資料是根據 NPH 電梯的技術特點,列出電梯在工程環節中所需使用的資料,為工程本部編寫 NPH 電梯工程技術資料提供依據。由于 NPH 電梯在電氣控制原理上與 GH98 電梯有較多的相同點,又使用 NPX 電梯的機械系統,所以本資料對于相同點不再進行
敘述,只作出說明“與 XX 電梯保持一致”。
本資料基本內容:
(1)NPH 電梯構成和技術特點。
(2)安裝部分。電氣回路圖的使用說明;控制柜及轎頂電器箱等重要電氣部分的名稱、功能介紹;工程大細線及地線的安裝。
(3)調試部分。運行前需進行檢查的電梯各項安裝情況,控制柜絕緣測試、低速試運行、變頻門機的調試運行、層高測定操作、高速運行調試、平層精度調整等。
本次調試手冊的編寫,主要參考了研發中心編寫的《NPH 電梯安裝調試資料》。
由于編者水平有限,請現場作業人員多提寶貴意見,可填入附頁《NPH電梯調試手冊改進意見表》內,交工程本部技術科以作修改。
